Ready to wear items are processed and ready for shipment between 1-4 business days 

Custom made items are shipped between 5-21 business days depending on the style and designs, availability of fabrics. However some custom made items may take 10- 90 business days to be ready for shipment, depending on volume of orders Note clothing that will require a lot of time need to be ordered ahead of time eg. (weddings, events , bride and grooms , proms clothing etc ) . Also let us know if you really need something quick

Wholesale orders may take 10 business days to 90 business days depending on the quantity, however if some wholesale items are ready to wear made they may ship out within 5-7 business days

Note: all are shipping days excludes weekends and holidays 

All our ready to wear items and custom orders are shipped via : Dhl express, Ghana post 

Dhl express: 4-6 business days:$30-50 for orders within 0.5 to 2kg
Ghana post: 8-18 business days:$25-$50 for orders within 1-4kg

Wholesale orders are shipped via Delta cargo, Dhl or Ghana post. The bill for shipping will be determined by weight, which would be communicated with our clients before the shipment and with the waybill receipt as evidence.

Tracking number will be sent via your email, text or WhatsApp, if available 

Please use our size chart to find the size that best fits you or input or send us your measurements especially when the design requires specific measurements. Please check and confirm first if the measurements you choose for your size is correct.

Paying for expedited shipping ahead of your order doesn’t mean the processing time will be lessened however will do everything in our powder to make happen if items are needed earlier we will get it to you. After the processing time is over, your package will be shipped through Dhl Bill and shipping address must be the same Signature confirmation is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain informed about tracking updates to ensure you or someone receives your package at the designated address and sign. If Dhl or post off attempts to deliver while you’re not available please report to your local office to claim your package

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note that MYB Clothing ships all international packages “Delivery Duties Unpaid”. This means all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by MYB Clothing and it’s the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned, we will not reship the package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee). 

We ship worldwide and the billing information for which ever country you are in around the world will be communicated to you our customer

MYB Clothing is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping address (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package). 

By purchasing through MYB Clothing you acknowledge and accept our delivery and shipping terms/policy. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please call your local Dhl, post office or Delta Cargo. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with Dhl, post office or Delta Cargo and the driver enroute will investigate.
